Covers meeting room information
The library has a meeting room that is 16 x 20 and can hold 35 people.
Please read, fill out and sign the following document to apply for use of the meeting room. If you are applying for use after or before library hours, please fill out the Key Pickup Form.
Keys must be picked up in advance during regular library hours.Forms can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or dropped off at the library during regular library hours.
Completion of an application form does not guarantee Meeting Room usage. The Meeting Room is filled on a first come, first serve basis.
