Borrow from another library

Our library is connected to other libraries throughout the state and nation. If you can't find an item in this library, ask library staff to help you get it from another library.

To request an Interlibrary Loan we request that you fill out a form we have with title of the book, author, your name, and telephone number.  If this item is not available through the AEA Van Service there will be a charge of $1.50 to cover our mailing the book back to the loaning library.  Most interlibrary books are loaned for 4 weeks.  Renewals can be asked for.

What is AEA Van?   The Area Eduction Area 267 provides us with a van service that moves books throughout our area at no charge to us.  But, not all libraries have access to the van service.  In that case, we have to use the US Postal Service to send books to the other library.  We only request the $1.50 from you if we  have to mail the book back to the library we borrowed it from.
